Ingredients

    1/2 cup old fashoned oats
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup blueberries
    1 medium banana sliced
    3/4 cup plain greek yogart
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp chopped almonds
    sugar substatute to taste

Directions

Mix oatmeal, milk, and cinnamon in a tightly covered container. Store in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours

before eating stir in the remaining ingredients
