Quinoa Breakfast bar

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 C COOKED quinoa ~ 0.5 C raw
    2 C Oats, steel cut dry
    0.5 C Cranberries/craisins, dried
    0.5 C peanut butter chunky or smooth
    0.5 C 2% milk
    1/3 C Syrup brown rice or corn
    1/4 C Flax seed ground
    1/8 C Chia seeds
    1/8 C Sesame seeds
    dash of Nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Have 11x7x1.5 in pan handy.
Toss all ingredients into large bowl.
lightly oil hands and mix ingredients thoroughly.
Put mixed ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350 F for 15 min.
Let cool the cut into 8 even bars.
Refrigerate.
