Gluten Free Flaxseed Raisin Bread

I really like this hearty bread for breakfast. I really like this hearty bread for breakfast.
Number of Servings: 10


    1 c raisins, craisins or dates
    1 c boiling water
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 c flaxseed
    1 c gluten free all purpose flour
    1c rolled oats
    1/3 c sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 c whole milk


Place raisins and baking soda in large mixing bowl. Pour boiling water over raisins and let sit 5 minutes. Add all ingredients and mix gently with spatula. Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 350 until knife comes out clean 45-55 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
