I slimmed down a local Hawaiian favorite I slimmed down a local Hawaiian favorite
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 poached egg
    1 4oz turkey patty
    1/2 cup Hapa rice (Hapa is Hawaiian for half. This is half white and half brown rice)
    1/4 cup brown gravy

Directions

Cook turkey patty and poach egg. Pile both onto rice and ladle on gravy.
Makes 1 serving.
