IntroductionThis is a really tasty alternative to fried restaurant chicken strips. This is a really tasty alternative to fried restaurant chicken strips.
About 2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
2 T dijon mustard
2 egg whites
about 3/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/2 t salt
a few dashes of pepper
Coat chicken strips with yogurt mixture, then roll in crumbs (press the crumbs in).
Place on baking sheet that is sprayed with oil, then lightly spray the tops too.
Bake at 375 degress for 30 min.
