Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Base
    • 3 apples, cored and sliced
    • ½ cup applesauce, unsweetened
    • 1 tsp Splenda sugar substitute
    • 1 scoop LynFIT vanilla whey
    • 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar
    • ½ tsp cinnamon

    Topping
    • 1/2 cup oatmeal
    • 2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar
    • 1 scoop LynFIT vanilla whey
    • 2 tbsp Land O Lakes Whipped Butter

Tips

Directions

Directions:
1. Mix together base ingredients and spoon into a 9 inch (square or round) greased cooking dish. Combine the topping mix and crumble over the base.

2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes , or until golden brown.
