Green Peppers, 85 grams
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .375 cup
Artichoke Hearts canned or frozen. Rinsed
Garlic, 3 tbsp (add to taste)
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 83 grams
salt and pepper to taste
optional: onions or any other fresh veggies you may have
This is great as a side dish served with pasta and meat sauce. Add any spices you want
Slice the peppers, rinse the artichokes, slice the mushrooms.
Add Artichokes first and sautee for 3-5 minutes
Add all other ingredients.
Add Pepper as you are cooking Salt is optional.
