12 oz pkg Frozen Okra
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
1 oz Pork Skins, coarsely crushed
Note: If you need more oil during cooking, spray the skillet of okra with Pam. Make sure you cook the okra long enough to absorb any liquid from it defrosting and it has become as brown as you wish.
