Ingredients

    Chia seeds or ground flax - 2tbsp
    kale 1 cup
    spinach 1 cup
    kiwi 1
    strawberries 1 cup
    banana 1/2
    water - 1 cup
    plain greek yogurt - 3 oz

Tips

Ripe fruit makes the smoothie sweeter. If you want it to be colder freeze the banana's prior to making the smoothie.


Directions

no cooking required. Throw it in a blender and blend away.
