Chicken Lyonnaise (Core Balance)

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lb)
    2 T Olive Oil
    2 garlic cloves
    3 T dry white wine
    3 T soy sauce or liquid amino acids
    3 T Dijon Mustard

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until lightly golden brown. Add chicken breasts; browning each side. While chicken cooks, combine wine, soy or liquid amino acids, and mustard in small bowl and mix well.

Pour mixture over chicken and cover. Continue cooking covered for 12-15 minutes or until chicken is done. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers.
