Steel Cut Oats & Berries

Introduction

Simple steel cut oats without added fat or sodium Simple steel cut oats without added fat or sodium
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 C Steel cut oats
    3 C water
    1 tsp cinnamon

    2 T honey
    1 C blueberries

Directions

Add the oats, water and cinnamon to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add the honey and berries and mix to combine. Pour into an 8x8 pan, allow to cool, then refridgerate. In the morning, spoon 1 cup into a bowl and microwave for a fast, healthy hot breakfast
