Ingredients

    1.5 pounds of lean meat
    4 bellpeppers
    1 onion
    2 pkgs aujus

Directions

Put rice in rice cooker before slicing bell peppers. I use brown rice and it takes longer to cook than white rice.
Slice bell peppers and onions into strips. Brown the beef in a pan first leaving any drippings in the pan. Then add onions and continue cooking until onions are slightly cooked. Not translucent. Add the bell peppers and then add au jus with water to make the au jus. Simmer for about an hour then serve over rice..
