1 LB / 16 oz lean ground beef mix in
1/2 Cup fine bread crumbs
1 Large egg - mix with seasonings
Seasonings to taste:
# of Garlic cloves - finely chopped
Onion seasoning / 1/2 chopped - not in calories
Worstshire Sauce - 1 tsp (mix with egg)
Place meat in 'loaf pan' or freeze for future use.
When ready to cook
1/2 Cup Tomato Catsup and spread across top of loaf
Bake at 3:50 for 1 hr / till done.
Alternate - place meat mixture in 'large' muffin tin - cook - adjust temperature accordingly or freeze and store, individual servings can be prepared when needed.
Left-overs are good for sandwiches.
Total calories - 1,469 - divide by actual # of servings to get calories per serving
Bake at 3:50 F for 40 min - 60 min. till done.
