The caramel, chocolate and touch of salt with the crackers made these a huge hit. The calorie count is low -- if you can stick to just one serving. So hard to resist. Ingredients

36 Saltine cracker squares. preferably whole wheat
Salted Butter 2 TBS
Smart Balance Light Spread 1 TBL
Splenda baking blend 1 TBL
Splenda Plus Fiber 2TBL
Vanilla extract 1 Tsp
Semisweet mini chocolate chips 1/4 cups

Directions
**Line a greased baking sheet with saltines
**Melt butter & Smart Balance in microwave. stir in spenda and 1 tsp vanilla extract until well blended.
spread over crackers evenly (I use a pastry brush. )
**Bake at 350degF for about 8-10min until sugar caramelizes.
**Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crackers. OR melt chocolate & drizzle over
