Santa Fe Chicken Pilaf

Ingredients

    1 package rice pilaf mix
    1 can fat free chicken broth (14.5 oz)
    1 cup canned seasoned diced tomatoes
    2 cups cooked chicken strips or chicken chunks
    1 cup corn
    1 cup canned black beans, drained, rinsed

Directions

cook rice pilaf according to pkg directions except using chicken broth instead of water, add cumin with season packet. In last 5 minutes of cooking add in all other ingredients.
