2 lbs (raw) boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 cana (about 1 cup each) Water chestnuts
1 large raw Onions, raw,diced
4 stalks Celery, raw chopped
3 medium Dill Pickles, 3 medium (3-3/4" long) , diced
1/2 cup Hellmann's Dijonnaise
1/2 teaspoon white Pepper
While chicken is cooling, chop vegetables. When chicken is cool enough, remove fromrotisserie and chop in food processor until finely chopped but not mush.
Mix with remainingingredients
Options - add other raw vegetables to taste, suggestions include carrots, bell peppers, jicama
