Introduction

Broiled catfish fillets seasoned with Old Bay Seasoning, onion/garlic powder, with a dash of extra virgin olive oil Broiled catfish fillets seasoned with Old Bay Seasoning, onion/garlic powder, with a dash of extra virgin olive oil
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1-8oz catfish fillet
    1/2 tbs EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
    Assorted seasonings (whatever you would use)
    1/2 lemon or lime wedge

Directions

Preheat broiler over to 450 degrees

Rinse and dry fish fillet,

Rub with 1/2 tbs evoo, season, and place in broiler oven,

Cook for 25 minutes or until done

Optional-squeeze lemon or lime juice for more added flavor before or after cooking

Serving Size: 1-8oz or 2-4oz servings
