Slow Cooker Chili

Introduction

This is just a random Chili that I made. Chipotle peppers are better than jalapenos (one can is good). Through it all in a slow cooker on high, and let it go for 8 hours or so. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2lbs ground beef
    9 Large tomatos (skinned)
    3 cups zucchini
    1 can Chipotle peppers
    1 can seasoned Black Beans
    1 can Yellow Sweet Corn
    5 cloves Garlic

Tips

Basically everything in this recipe can be substituted (Except the tomato). Feel free to experiment with ingredients.


Directions

Skin the tomatoes, slice the chipotle peppers, shred the zucchini, drain the corn, and crush the garlic. Add everything into the slow cooker. Set heat to high. Let cook for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings
