Ingredients

    2 c. Fiber One Cereal
    1 c. flour, whole grain
    2 egg white
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    1 cup of blueberries or any berry you want
    1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions

Directions
Mix together the All Bran, egg, and milk and let sit for a few minutes then add in all the other ingredients.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake in a greased mini muffin tin for 25 minutes.
