Paleo Onion Rings

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 large(remove)
    *Pork Rind, 3 serving(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)
    *Smoked Paprika, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Basil, 0.5 tbsp(remove)
    *Crushed Red Pepper, 0.25 tsp(remove)

Tips

Use non stick pan, or foil with a little spray


Directions

slice onion rings, boil for 1 minute and lay out to dry.
Crush pork rinds to fine powder and mix in seasonings.
Whip eggs.
Put onion rings in eggs and then pork rinds to "batter", then bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
