Carrot Salad

Introduction

This can be made ahead of time and and can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. This can be made ahead of time and and can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    3 cans Carrots
    1 medium Onion
    1 medium Green Pepper
    1 can Tomato Soup
    1 cup Sugar
    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    3/4 cup Heinz Distilled White Vinegar

    1 tsp Mustard
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

I like to use warmed carrots when I make this dish.


Directions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT carrots, onions, and green peppers Cook for 20 minutes

Cool and mix with drained carrots, onions, green peppers.

Cover and refrigerate 24 hours

Keep up to 2 weeks
