Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cucumber (with peel), 2
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Avocados, Florida, 1
    Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)
    Kale, 2 cup, chopped
    Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia)
    Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp
    Water, 2 cups
    Salt to taste

Directions

If you don't care for raw garlic, saute it in olive oil until browned, then add to the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pot and gently heat until warm.

Serving Size: Makes 4 large bowls of soup.
