Poor Man's Stroganoff

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup Greek yogurt

Directions

Brown ground beef and drain grease. Return to skillet. Over medium heat, stir in condensed soup and yogurt. Do not boil. Serve over instant mashed potatoes, whole wheat pasta, or brown rice.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 1/2-cup servings
