Ingredients

    1 scoop Vegan Protein powder (any high protein powder works, but watch for allergies and high sugar content)
    1 cup Almond Milk
    1/2 Banana

Directions

Pour milk into blender. Add protein powder and banana with a little ice if preferred and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: one 10 oz glass
