Ingredients

Defrost - 2 frozen 'Tender Flake' pie crust
Set oven at 375 F
Peal and core 3 large - Spartan/baking - apples
Mix together 2 Tbsp flour with
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
If desired - Cinnamon to taste.
Tips
If apples are small - slice into pie crust first - to determine if additional apples are required - then add to sugar and flour mixture to coat. - Adjust calories accordingly (Total calories 1,813 / 217 / serving)
Pie is good with a piece of Cheddar cheese - not in calorie count.
Directions
While preparing apple filling - defrost pie crust
Mix well together flour and sugar.
Slice pealed and corred apple into sugar mixture - stir until all pieces are coated.
Place apple pieces into pie shell (add spice if desired)
Top with 2nd crust
Brush edges with water and press together to seal
Cut opening in top to allow steam to escape.
Please in hot oven and bake for 45 - 60 minutes
Cool on rack - prior to serving.
