Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 3 oz (remove)
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 leaf, large (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .33 cup (remove)
    Cooked Onion, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

This recipe is for only one cabbage roll. I made a pan of 11 cabbage rolls by blanching the cabbage leaves, then stuffing them with 3.5 oz of lean raw ground beef and topping the pan with tomato sauce.
