Introduction

I just threw this together with ingredients I had on hand and wanted to put it in my tracker. It is delicious and only 34 cals per cup! I just threw this together with ingredients I had on hand and wanted to put it in my tracker. It is delicious and only 34 cals per cup!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 cups diced Zucchini
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup diced onion
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    4 cups water
    4 tsp.Maggi Chicken flavor bouillon
    1/2 cup tomato juice
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I used sodium free tomato juice and didn't add any salt because the chicken bouillon had enough sodium.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer,covered,30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
