1/2 of one slice Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Lavash Bread
1/4 Cup Trader Joe's Fat Free Pizza Sauce
8 1/2 slices of Hormel Turkey Pepperoni
1 oz. Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Red Pepper Flakes and Oregano to taste
This turned out so good! A cracker type crust if you pre-crisp. For non-dieting family members, you could add sausage, olives, etc. For vegetarians you could substitute with vegan cheese and veggies. Serve with a green salad.
Bake for 8 minutes. Cool for 1 minutes before slicing.
