Shrimp Pasta

Introduction

Mmmm. One of our favorites! Took this when Joey and I had it at Red Lobster and we made it at home! Really good. Use to serve it with Cheesy Biscuits, but not so much now!! Mmmm. Ingredients

    32 oz Frozen Shrimp thawed and chopped in bite size pieces
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    Sprinkle (one or two tsp red pepper flakes)
    1/2 16 oz pkg. Frozen Broccoli blanched and chopped
    3 Tbs Olive Oil
    2 15 oz cans of chopped tomatoes (with chili's if want some heat)
    Cooked el Dente Whole Wheat thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta

Tips

Serve with hot rolls

Directions

Brown onion and garlic in 3 Tbs olive oil until tender. Add pepper flakes
Add Shrimp and cook until white...just 2-3 minutes
Add tomates with juice simmer for 10 minutes
Add blanced broccoli cook another 5 minutes
Add cheese at the end right before serving
Spoon 1/2c mixture over 1 cup spaghetti

Serving Size: Makes 10 1 cup servings
