CrockPot Turkey Meatballs

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2.5 lbs ground turkey
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
    1 small onion, grated
    3 cloves garlic, grated
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper

    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 29oz can tomato sauce
    *****Sauce not included in nutritional info!

Directions

Mix all ingredients and form into 20 meatballs. Place 1 jar of sauce in crockpot. Add meatballs, pour can of tomato sauce on top. Cook on low 8 hours. Stir after 4 3-4 hours to seperate meatballs, but not before or they will break!
