1 cup crabmeat
4 ounces lowfat cream cheese
1/4 cup dried parsley
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
4 tablespoons Parmesan
2 portobello mushroomcaps, scraped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
nonstick cooking spray
Combine crabmeat, cream cheese, parsley, green onions and Parmesan. Season with garlic powder and black pepper mix to taste. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture. Spray tops with nonstick spray to help them brown. Transfer to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the filling is hot and melted.
