Introduction

Yummy Quebec style meat pie! Yummy Quebec style meat pie!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Ground Pork, 3 lbs,
    Pie crust, enough for top and bottom of 2 pies
    Savory, ground, 1.5 tsp
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    Onions, raw chopped, 1 small
    Cloves, ground, .25 tbsp
    Celery salt, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Water, 1.5 - 2 cup
    Bread crumbs 1.5 cups

Directions

Put all ingredients (except bread crumbs) in a pot and cook over medium heat. Remove from heat and add bread crumbs to thicken. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cool meat mixture and fill and cover pie shells. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. These freeze well!
