Portabello Lasagna




Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
    Ragu sauce 2 cup
    Beef 1.5 lb
    Lite Firm Tofu 14oz
    Ricotta Fat Free 15oz
    Lg Sweet Peppers 2
    Portabello Mushrooms 18oz

Directions

Slice Mushrooms and layer them on top of Sauce
Take Tofu and blend in processor then add Ricotta and seasoning to taste
layer cheese unto mushrooms,
Brown beef and layer onto cheese layer, one more layer of mushrooms and top with sauce and mozzarella cheese

9x13 pan at 350 for one hour

Serving Size: makes 12 3 inch pieces
