    olive oil
    pancetta
    onion
    carrot
    celery
    garlic
    ground beef
    red wine
    tomato puree

Directions

chop veggies and pancetta cook in oil, add beef cook until brown, add wine and tomato puree simmer for 2.5 hours Use in soups, stews and ziti or lasgana or as sauce for pasta
