Introduction

Great the next day or a side for dinner. I make a big batch and have it all week long! Great the next day or a side for dinner. I make a big batch and have it all week long!

Ingredients

    2 chopped sweet potatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1tbsp flaxseed ( ground)
    1tbsp ground wheat germ
    1 garlic clove
    1/4 onion
    1tbsp sunflower seeds
    1tbsp pumpkin seeds


Tips

careful not to burn the onion bits.

Directions

chop all ingredients and mix
spread on baking tray/sheet.
cook on 350-375 for 35-45mins until tender.
