Breakfast Cups

Introduction

This breakfast is high in protein and deliciousness :) This breakfast is high in protein and deliciousness :)
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    A dozen scrambled eggs
    4 baked potatoes
    6 slices of cooked bacon
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease one 12-cup muffin tin.
Grate the potatoes and fry them in a skillet til slightly crispy.
Then pat them into all tins.
Mix eggs & bacon and pat them on top of the hashbrowns.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy :)
