Ingredients

    *Honeysuckle White Mild Italian Turkey Sausage, 1 serving (remove)
    *Ground Beef, Meijers 96/4 extra lean ground beef, 8 oz (remove)
    *Cheese, Kraft Natural Cheese, Shredded Mild Cheddar, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *1 egg(american egg board), 1 serving (remove)
    *Emeril Tomato Basil Sauce, 1.5 cup (remove)
    *Pasta - Catelli Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagne [1 noodle = 1 serving], 1 serving (remove)
    *Emeril Tomato Basil Sauce, 1 cup
    Sea Salt
    Oregano
    Pepper
    Garlic Powder

Tips

For less calories you can substitute Spaghetti Squash, Zucchini or eggplant. Leave out cheddar and add Laughing Cow Light Garlic Herb.

Directions

Brown meat add sea salt and pepper to taste. Boil Pasta. Mix ricotta and egg with oregano. Cut each noodle into 4 pieces. In small small ramekin or large muffin tin put small amount of sauce, then add 1 noodle and begin to layer with ricotta, meat, sauce and cheddar. Finish off with Sauce and Cheddar
Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
