Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 of medium onion, chopped
    2 packages chicken Ramen
    2 cans of cooked chunk chicken breast (or 1 real cooked chicken breast)
    1 cup of carrots, chopped
    1 cup of celery, chopped
    Water
    Chicken Bouillon cubes
    Parsley Flakes

Directions

1) In a large soup pot, saute onion in oil until translucent.
2) Fill pot 2/3 full with hot water and add bouillon cube.
3) Bring to a rolling boil and both packages of Ramen and the seasoning packets.
4) Boil until noodles are tender (approx. 12-15 minutes), and stir occasionally.
5) Add carrots and chicken and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 more minutes.
6) Sprinkle parsley flakes on top and serve!!!

Serving Size: Makes 12 bowls of soup
