Baked Marinated Tofu

Ingredients

    (1) 14-16oz block of Tofu, extra firm,
    cut into 1" x 1" x " squares
    1.5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6 cloves Garlic, crushed and peeled
    1 tsp dried Basil
    1 tsp dried Rosemary

Tips

Serve with wilted spinach and brown rice

Directions

Mix vinegar, oil and herbs in a plastic zippered bag or container with lid. Add tofu and crushed garlic, close zipper or lid and mix around thoroughly. Marinate overnight or for at least 30-60 min. Arrange in single layer on cookie sheet then broil until crispy, flipping halfway through.
