Ingredients

2 Cups cooked white rice
1-3/4 Cup 2% milk
2 Large eggs
4 TBSP white/brown sugar
1/3 Cup Raisins - not packed
1 Tsp Cinnamon / to taste
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Tips
Total calories 1,200 / divide by actual serving size to = more accurate calories/serving.
Directions
Place cooked rice into slow cooker
Stir in raisins
Mix milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extra together, pour over raisin/rice mixture, mix well
Sprinkle cinnamon /nutmeg on top
Cook on high for 2 hours - may stir once, adjust time accordingly. Turn off cooker and let cool.
