Introduction

Ingredients

    Reggano Spahetti, 4 oz
    Savory Collection Premium Classic Marinara Pasta Sauce, 1/2 - 1 jar
    Ground beef, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Black Pepper to taste

Tips

This is a little on the heavy side for salt and calories, I just used what I had on hand...


Directions

In a big pot, fill half way with water, cook over med heat to boiling. Add pasta to water and cook for 8-10 mins. Brown ground beef in skillet over med/low heat until no longer pink, drain. While beef if draining, add onions, bell peppers mushrooms and garlic and cook for bout 2 mins in same skillet. Once meat has drained, add back to skillet with veggies and add marinara sauce, stir to combine and heat through. When pasta is cooked, drain and add back to pot, pour ground beef mixture over pasta and mix together.

Serving Size: makes about 6 servings
