My Chili

Introduction

I like the combination of black and kidney beans but you can use whichever kind you prefer. I like the combination of black and kidney beans but you can use whichever kind you prefer.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 TB olive oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1# ground sirloin
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    1 can black beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 pack hot chili seasoning
    1 pack original chili seasoning

    Brown onions in olive oil until caramelized. Remove from pan. Add meat and brown until no red remains. Return onions to pan and add remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Cook on low heat for 1 hour, or in crock pot, at low, all day.

Tips

To make vegetarian leave out meat and add another can of beans.
