Ingredients


    Lobster Tail, 2 oz
    Blue Crab, 2.7 oz
    3 Sea Scallops (4 oz)
    Shrimp, raw, 6 oz
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    2 cans Progresso Reduced Sodium Tomato Parmesan soup, 4 cups
    1 - 2 Bay Leaf or a tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
    Seafood Seasoning

Tips

I put the lobster in for the last 10 minutes.
I add some Phillips Seafood Seasoning
boost the nutrition by adding chopped vegetables


Directions

dump all in crock pot. cook 3-4 hours to meld flavors. tastes even better the next day. add water to make 7 cups. * nutritional information does not include the Seafood Seasoning.
