Taco Salad

Ingredients

    1 # 93 % lean beef, drain completely
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 tsp chopped garlic
    4 cups Romane Lettuce, chopped
    5 TBLS Mild Salsa
    1 Pkg Mc Cormick's 30% less Sodium Taco mix
    1 -24 oz Hunt's Pasta Sauce, Garlic & Herb
    1 can black beans
    1 cup shreddred low fat cheddar cheese
    5 TBLS Reduced Fat Sour Cream

Directions

Brown beef and drain completely. Saute onion and add to beef. Add Taco seasoning. Add 3/4 c water. Simmer for 2 or 3minutes. Add can of black beans. Add Hunts pasta sauce. Simmer 4 minutes. Add garlic and simmer another minute. Place 3/4 c lettuce on each of the 5 plates. Place 1/5 of meat and sauce on top. Add Salsa. Top with cheese and sour cream.

Serving Size: 5-1 cup servings
