Ingredients

    zucchini 1 cup
    onion 2 small
    garlic 4 pods
    tomato 1 cup chopped
    coriander powder 2 tbsp
    turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
    salt
    chilli powder 1 tsp
    canola oil 3 tbsp

Directions

heat oil crack cumin seeds, fry onions garlic and tomato add all dried masala ,fry till tomato leacves oil then add zucchini and cook till soft

Serving Size: 3 0.5 cup serving
