In large skillet add 1 tablespoon oil, add garlic and sliced onions and cook over low heat until golden brown (20mins+/-). Meanwhile, In a blender mix: honey, dijon mustard, S&P, cider vinegar and then slowly add in oil. cook turkey bacon on pan in oven until cripsy, then chop and add to skillet with caramelized onions, add chopped beet greens and dressing and toss. Serve warm
