this is a salad i fix up and eat during the day when i find myself looking in the fridge for something to snack on. Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 inner leaf(remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup(remove)
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, strips or slices(remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.25 cup slices(remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 6 cherry(remove)
    *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.25 cup(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large(remove)
    Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, .25 cup(remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, .25 cup, chopped(remove)
