Squash - Grilled Butternut

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 (1.5Lb) Butternut Squash
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
    1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1.4 cup Honey

Directions

1- Heat oven to 400. Line baking sheet w/ foil and set aside.
2- Wash squash, peal and cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and cut into 1-inch thick pieces.
3 - Coat squash pieces with Olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Place on prepared baking sheet and roast on center rack 30 minutes or until fork tender.
4 - Serve roasted squash with a drizzle of honey.
