9 cups chicken stock/broth
3 cups dry whole-grain noodles
5 carrots, peeled and chopped
5 celery stalks, washed and chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 oz. of Dry Pasta = 3/4 Cup of Dry Pasta
Bring Chicken Stock to a Boil.
Add Pasta to Stock. Set timer for 6 minutes (or 5 minutes less than package states.)
Add Carrot and Celery. Set timer for 4 minutes.
Add Chicken to Soup. Set timer for 1 minute.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste. (Note: Salt and Pepper not included in Nutrional Information.)
