Ingredients

    10 slices whole wheat bread, cubes and toasted
    4 Tbsp light butter
    1 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    4 morningstar farms breakfast sausage patties
    2 cups chicken/turkey stock
    salt/pepper
    1 Tbsp thyme

Directions

Saute onions and celery in butter. Add mushrooms and sausage. Add seasonings. Add that mix to bread and moisten with stock. Form into 12 balls and place into a muffin tin sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crisp and brown.
